MS Wachau

MS Wachau is an excursion vessel serving mostly in the Wachau region, the part of the Danube valley between Melk and Krems the vessel is named after.
Built in 1975 at the now defunct shipyard in Korneuburg (see also ÖSWAG) for the erstwhile DDSG she is now operated by DDSG Blue danube. Whereas the interior shows the age of the vessel the handsome MS Wachau still offers a more attractive open deck space than most other ships operating in the Wachau region.
