I decided to focus on making some of my video material on ships publicly accessible since this is a topic where I felt that I might be able to contribute a bit. Therefore I decided to focus on that topic for now - other content might or might not be added later on.
DivX® is not only a commonly used format but also allows a good compromise between acceptable quality and not too large a file size. However, presently, the format used for videos on this website is changed from 'divX' to 'mp4' (H.264, AAC).
